Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States using standard USPS or UPS services.

• Tracking information will be provided via email.

Packaging
Each order is carefully wrapped using eco-friendly packaging and includes a thank you card as a small token of appreciation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Zieren is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If this occurs, please reach out to the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.
